·         All indoor areas such as entrance, clinic room, edging room, office rooms, meeting rooms, cafeteria should be mopped with a disinfectant with 1% sodium hypochlorite or phenolic disinfectants. Housekeeping staff have to mop the floor with a disinfectant with 1% sodium hypochlorite or phenolic disinfectants. He has to carefully clean the equipment used in cleaning at the end of the cleaning process.
·         Before cleaning, the worker should wear disposable rubber boots, gloves (heavy duty), and a triple-layer mask.
·         Hand sanitizing stations should be installed near the entry gate, before & after entering for an eye check-up, near the cash counter.
·       High contact surfaces such switch buttons, handrails/handles and call buttons, public counters, standees, intercom systems, equipment like telephone, printers/scanners, and other office machines should be cleaned twice daily by mopping with a linen/absorbable cloth soaked in 1% sodium hypochlorite. Frequently touched areas like tabletops, chair handles, pens, diary files, keyboards, mouse, mouse pad, tea/coffee dispensing machines, etc. should especially be cleaned.

Store staffs must maintain a safe distance from customers and among each other during interaction.

10.   Before entering the eye check-up room, optometrists will use the thermal scanner on the customer for temperature check-up.

11.   Clean the types of equipment with solutions in front of the customer once and make him feel safe to get a hygienic eye health check-up.

·         A countertop hand sanitizer has to be there.
·         Customers should sanitize their hands after making payments.
·         Staff should sanitize their hands before receiving debit/credit cards from customers.
·         Make sure the products must be cleaned and sanitized in-front of the buyers and kept inside the packets.
·         Take feedback and ensure
·         Ensure proper cleaning and frequent sanitization of the workplace, particularly of the frequently touched surfaces.
·         Provide a visiting card with the recommended product price quotation.
·         Enforce them to get their friends and family members for a free complete eye check-up.

·         Sanitizing of the boxes and cartoons received from head offices or other stores.
·         Proper sanitizing of stocks after counting.

·         Ensure that the stores remain clean and hygienic.
·         Maintain a distance of 1 meter always.
·         Be Safe and make others feel safe. All store staffs are advised to take care of their own health and look out for respiratory symptoms/fever and, if feeling unwell, should leave the store immediately after informing their reporting managers.

·         To maintain personal hygiene and physical distancing.

·         To maintain a safe distance from persons during the interaction, especially with those having flu-like symptoms. 
·         To sneeze in the inner side of your elbow and not to cough into the palms of your hands. 
·         To take their temperature regularly and check for respiratory symptoms. To see a doctor if you feel unwell (fever, difficulty in breathing, and coughing). While visiting the doctor, wear a mask/cloth to cover your mouth and nose.

·         Touch your eyes, nose, and mouth. 
·         Sneeze or cough into palms of your hands. 
·         Spit in Public.
·         Travel unnecessarily, particularly to any affected region. 
·         Participate in large gatherings, including sitting in groups at canteens. 
·         Visit gyms, clubs, and crowded places, etc. 
·         Spread rumors or panic.
